Women of Joy 2010

3 Days...2 Nights...1 Purpose

On April 16-18th, fourteen ladies from church headed to Louisville to the Women of Joy Conference. The speakers were Sarah Paline, Antia Renfro, Becky Tirabassi and Liz Curtis Higgs. All were great speakers. Steven Curtis Chapman and Micheal W Smith were in concert Saturday night also. Charles Billingsley was the worship leader again this year...he does a super job.....love his laugh!! Would love to have him at our church a couple Sundays!!!!

I think all were blessed and had a great time.

Unfortunately Lisa's weekend was cut short due to her receiving the call that her father-in-law, who was fighting cancer was really low and she wanted to go be with the family. So Melody took Lisa home Saturday evening. He lost the battle and went to be with his Lord on Sunday.
